| Made in the USA The EPL-JHLP-70LED explosion proof LED light fixture from Larson Electronics features a 70 watt LED light head producing 5,800 lumens.  ETL listed Class 1, Divisions 1-2 and Class 2, Divisions 1-2, this LED lamp comes attached to an aluminum rail/ladder mount bracket that allows operators to easily mount this unit to ladders, handrails, catwalks and other similar structures. The versatile EPL-JHLP-70LED bracket mounted LED fixture from Larson Electronics is weatherproof and comes with an adjustable aluminum ladder/scaffold mount that makes it ideal for industrial applications, maintenance, cleaning and servicing duties, large open space hazardous work areas and any Class 1, Division 1-2, Groups B,C,D and Class 2, Divisions 1-2, Groups E,F,G areas where ladders, scaffolding and other railings provide opportunities for mounting. This unit contains a 70 watt LED lamp and produces 5,800 lumens. The 70 watt LED lamp produces illumination equivalent to a typical 400 watt halogen bulb while drawing only 70 watts at .59 amps on a 120V AC power source. The LED lamp runs cooler than a 400 watt halogen, resulting in an easier to handle unit and less heat in the workspace. It is available in a 180° beam or a 360° beam. The 360° spread is the standard directional output and typical for flood lights. The 180° shines in only one direction. This is good for down lighting, wall packs and not blinding oncoming traffic or pedestrians. The aluminum rail/ladder bracket can be adjusted from 26 inches to 43 inches to allow mounting to a wide variety of railings, scaffoldings or ladders. | ||||
This unit`s lamp assembly includes a 70 watt LED lamp, internal driver and aluminum finish reflector in a copper-free cast aluminum housing with a powder coat finish. The lens is constructed of thermal shock and impact resistant tempered glass and the housing contains threaded joints lubricated with non-drying lubricant. The solid state LEDs in this unit have no filament and are thus highly resistant to damage from shocks or impacts. The lamp is rated at 60,000+ hours of life providing longer service life than typical halogen lamps. The lamp is universal voltage, not multi-tap, and operates on any power source ranging from 120V through 277V AC 50/60Hz. This tank cleaning light is supplied with 100 feet of 16/3 SOOW cord ending in an explosion proof straight blade plug.
This light is highly durable and produces high light output in a wide flood pattern. The lamp is mounted to an aluminum bracket with adjustable J-hook bottom bracket that enables operators to securely mount the light to any ladder or scaffolding. Lamp adjustment is via an adjustable yolk that allows the operator to adjust the lamp both vertically and horizontally. All hardware on this unit is non sparking/corrosion resistant and the included explosion proof cord is resistant to damage from chemicals and abrasion.
