| The Larson Electronics SPCC-80A-24.48V-R1 Solar Charge Controller provides a safe method for regulating power between solar panels and batteries. This 80-amp device is compatible with 24-48V and features remote monitoring, shade-tolerant fast sweep MPPT algorithm and selectable multi-stage temperature-compensated charging. Operators may mount the 80-amp unit vertically on walls. The SPCC-80A-24.48V-R1 enables efficient solar and battery charging operation for solar-powered systems. This unit is compatible with 24-48V input voltage range and has an 80-amp maximum charge current. Equipped with selectable multi-stage temperature-compensated charging, the device offers 2,650W maximum power at 24V (4,800W at 48V). Charge regulation methods include three-stage + manual equalization and two-stage + manual equalization. The solar charger supports flooded, GEL, AGM, lithium-ion and custom batteries. An included auxiliary output provides dry contact switching up to 60V DC, 30V AC (8 amps). This IP20 rated solar charge controller is protected by an aluminum sheet metal chassis. Knockouts/Wiring: The following knockout sizes can be found on the unit: 1/2", 3/4", 1" and 1 1/4". This solar charger accepts #6 AWG to #14 AWG wiring. Mount: The SPCC-80A-24.48V-R1 is designed for vertical wall mounting installations. |
