The Larson Electronics EPLRL-50-12.4-HR-NR Explosion Proof Cord Reel can be used to extend power connections within combustible facilities. This reel is ideal for petroleum facilities, waste water treatment plants, grain storage and handling silos, paint booths, underground mines, chemical plants, and much more.

The unit includes 50 feet of 12/4 SOOW cord rated at 600VÂ and is ready to install a portable explosion proof fixture to the end. These reels are built with modular components and features a hazardous location slip ring housing. The spring loaded unit does not have a ratcheting feature and must be kept under constant tension. If not under tension, the cable will wind back into the reel. This cord reel is equipped with a standard two piece adjustable cable guide, a quick change spring canister replacement with external spring torque adjustment, and a 6 foot feeder cord.
