Made in Texas The Larson Electronics MPD-XD2-82.30AB-ST0ST-ZC-6.X05-M1 Explosion Proof Portable Spider Box is designed for Class I, Division 1 rated combustible environments. This mobile unit provides single-phase 120/208V power to six explosion proof receptacles. A powder coated non-sparking aluminum cart facilitates transportation around the hazardous work area. *PLEASE NOTE: ANY FREE SHIPPING OFFERS DO NOT APPLY TO POWER DISTRIBUTION PANELS, TRANSFORMERS, OR SUBSTATIONS* Portable Power Distribution Purpose and Use: The MPD-XD2-82.30AB-ST0ST-ZC-6.X05-M1 portable explosion proof power distribution system is designed to provide operators using equipment in hazardous locations with limited power receptacles within the area. This compact power distribution system is designed for portability and convenience as well as durability and is mounted to a wheeled, non-sparking aluminum frame for added protection. 
Operation: A 30' 10/4 AWG SOOW cord with a 30-amp Class I, Division 1 125/250V male cord cap brings single-phase 120/208V power to the primary side of the system, which contains a 30-amp Class I, Division 1 single-phase 120/208V main lug only panel. The primary panel is equipped with six 20-amp 1-pole 250V main circuit breakers protecting six 20-amp Class I, Division 1 125V receptacles. Protective Construction: The class rated power distribution assembly is mounted onto a rugged cart style framed constructed of non-sparking aluminum and powder coated for added corrosion resistance. Mobility is provided by rotating front casters and run flat rear tires, allowing operators to wheel this temporary power station across job sites within the hazardous environment. Certification: All units are built in accordance to NFPA 70 (National Electric Code) and NRTL certified to UL 1640. All equipment is NEMA 3R rated for indoor and outdoor use and provide a degree of protection against dirt, water, and ice. NEMA 4 and NEMA 4X equipment can be equipped upon request. Applications: This C1D1 power distribution system is NEMA 3R rated and ideal for indoor/outdoor use and applications including but not limited to; construction sites, plant maintenance, plant turnarounds, hazardous location operations, shows, exhibits, and shipyard operations. These temporary power distribution systems are popularly used for HAZLOC applications where external power sources are often necessary and work well in combination with explosion proof lights and equipment.
