Our EWG VERIFIED™ Eye & Brow Pencil in Black Sapphire is perfect for lining the lash line or filling in brows. This product is infused with certified organic botanicals, and is also rated "CLEAN" in the Think Dirty app. For sensitive skin types, this product is also titanium dioxide free and mica free.To prevent liner from smudging, and for long-lasting wear, apply a small amount of mineral powder (such as our Multi Task Powder, Foundation or Eye Shadow) on top of lids (if applied above lash line), under eyes (if applied below lash line) and also a light layer on top of the eye liner application. Eye liner can break down when coming in contact with the oils on your skin, and the powder application will help prevent this.
