Description:
This stereo installation kit has been engineered to help you install either a 2” tall (Single-DIN) or a 4” tall (Double-DIN) aftermarket radio into the original vehicle dashboard. This dash kit makes radio replacement easier and includes the necessary Axxess® data interface needed to retain the factory climate control functions. A pocket installed below the 2” radio to fill the extra space in the radio opening is included, which can be used for storage. The pocket is not needed when installing a 4” tall radio. The dash kit is painted silver to match the original look and feel of the vehicle’s dashboard. Modifications to the factory dash are required to use this dash kit, and instructions are included. Installing an aftermarket radio can upgrade the sound quality and provide additional features the original factory radio couldn’t offer but requires this dash kit and interface to fit and work properly.
Stereo installation kit designed to fit any standard 2” or 4” tall aftermarket radio with an ISO-mount provision
Painted silver (also available in high gloss black: 99-3018HG)
Includes Axxess® data interface and harness to retain the factory climate control functions
Can be used in non-amplified or analog/digital amplified models
Data interface retains NAV outputs (parking brake, reverse, speed sense)
Data interface also retains balance and fade
Parts included to cover models with or without factory navigation
Modifications to the factory dash are required
Made from the highest quality ABS plastic for an original factory-like fit and finish
Includes brackets and hardware parts needed with detailed installation instructions
