This original ink drawing is of Henkersteg or Hangman's Bridge in German, located in Nuremberg, Germany. My family has had this since 1920, so it is older than that. The dark, ornate frame is in great shape, with minor chipping as shown in the which is intact. photos. It is backed on wood which is still intact. Original glass as well. I am guessing this was done in the mid 1800s. I cannot decipher the artists name. It measures 18.5 X 16
