Ginkei, the 2P player's ship from the shooting game Ikaruga, which dominated its generation, returns to the lineup as a plastic model kit for advanced modelers!

With the model's prototype garage kit created by sculptor Hiroshi Iseya, its form was revised and details were added by Yasushi Suzuki, the game's original designer. With this new look, Ginkei is reborn as a 1/144 scale model kit.

As this kit was designed to be geared towards advanced modelers, it includes more details and complexities in the sculpt that would otherwise be omitted in a typical kit, allowing for a faithful recreation. The small wings can be deployed or retracted by swapping out parts, and the landing arm can also be recreated through the replacement of parts. The patterns on the fuselage are recreated using mold shape and decals.

Also included for Ginkei is an exclusive rubble base designed by Yasushi Suzuki, which further adds to the atmosphere of this piece. The package art has also been drawn by Yasushi Suzuki himself.

Please note that some parts require gluing (glue not included).
