The Larson Electronics EPJ-2-2IN Explosion Proof Junction Box is suitable for completing conduit and electrical connections in Class I, II and III rated facilities. This LB outlet body with cover features two ports and 75 cubic inches of volume. Constructed of duraloy iron alloy, the explosion proof accessory can be mounted on surfaces or conduits.
The EPJ-2-2IN is designed to protect electrical connections and wiring components during electrical installations within flammable sites. This explosion proof outlet body with cover contains two ports and 75 cubic inches of volume. Entrance/exit points for the ports are side and bottom. Equipped with an LB body configuration, the unit features a cover with external cover threads.
The EPJ-2-2IN is constructed of duraloy iron alloy with a tri-coat finish. Protected by a Type 4X enclosure, this explosion proof accessory caters to surface or conduit mounting and contains two, 2" NPT hubs at the side and bottom of the unit.
Applications:
Petroleum refineries, chemical and petrochemical plants, storage areas, and other processing facilities where hazardous substances are handled or stored.
