Leviton Decora Plus® 2-Pole 3-Wire Type 3 Straight blade surge protective receptacle in white color has nylon face and body construction for long lasting durability. It comes with surge indicator light. It has a voltage rating of 125 Volts and current rating of 15 Amps. Receptacle can withstand a maximum temperature rise of 30 deg C after 250 cycles OL at 200% rated current. It withstands up to 2000 Volts dielectric voltage rated under UL 498 standards. Receptacle has a flammability rated at V-2 per UL94. It has an operating temperature range of -40 to 60 deg C.

Receptacle has NEMA 5-15R configuration. Grounding and terminal screws are made of 8 - 32 and 10 - 32 brass. Yoke and clamp nuts are made of corrosion resistant zinc-plated steel. Ground clips are made of corrosion resistant brass plated steel. It has triple-wipe line contacts made of brass. Hot, ground and neutral terminals have brass, green and white color respectively. It has 14 - 10 AWG terminal accommodation.

Receptacle has a maximum continuous operating voltage of 150 Volts RMS and an energy rating of 720 J. It has a short circuit current rating of 5 kilo-Amps.
