Excellent condition and zippers are functional except the smaller one at the bottom is only for looks. There is an indent which I included a picture of. This is a size medium. I wear size medium and large. I like large in jackets to make room for sweaters. There is plenty of room when wearing blouses and thinner sweaters, no tightness on shoulders or arms. I haven't tried wearing this with thick sweaters though. I only wore this once.
