This SuperBox S5MAX Smart Media Player Supreme Package is new in open box, but it is customer return of a new and sealed box.
The customer said that the SuperBox was coming up as “Device forbidden” when they try to do anything with the SuperBox. I originally purchased this as a new and sealed item from a live auction. So, I don't know much about it, and I'm not sure why it shows as "Device Forbidden".
If you know a work-around for this issue, then this would be a great deal!
