Hi, this is my brand new never been used or even connected to a console black controller. I had my controller go faulty so I sent it off to Sony to repair. It took so long I thought it got lost. I ended up buying a new controller. In the end sony sent a brand new replacement controller which is this one. As you can see from the paperwork it was only dispatched on the 19th of September and you can see the serial numbers match on the back of the controller and the paperwork. It comes with no box or charger wire. It comes with a 1 year sony extended warranty for peace of mind. Any questions please ask. Thanks
