This has been a tradition of ours for many years. It started as just a way to bring kindness and show our kids what the spirit was about and giving to others. In the last several years I transitioned it so it’s what our good ‘elf on the shelf’ brought us every morning. Our elf, Joy is not a naughty elf but one that sometimes hides in silly spots and brings our daily Act of kindness.
