Remembrance quartz transistor clock

Vintage French Remembrance Transistor LIC ATO clock. This clock is an MCM style. It runs on a single "C" battery. The clock keeps accurate time. The alarm works but the button in the front feels stiff and won't stop the alarm. You need to manually move the minute hand by slightly turning the time adjustment knob on the rear of the clock. The clock does have a screw on the back to adjust the speed of the clock to make it faster or slower. The personalized engraving on the top of the clock says "Philadelphia Eagles 1967" I was told when I purchased this clock that it was given to a man who worked with the team that was some kind of lower level member. I believe they said it was their uncle who was one some kind of camera operator or something like that. Not a player but like some type of on the field crew helper type person. I have no way of verifying this claim.
