This small old notebook belonged to "Donnie Firkins" who has passed away. He was a well known local artist who did all the sculptures for the university here in Kentucky. His widow "Sandy Firkins" is my neighbor. I knew Donnie before he passed away. Sandy donated a bunch of old stuff and I bought a few things including a box of old magazines and stuff which included this little treasure. I'd love to sell it so I can do something nice for miss sandy. Today is my birthday also,so it would sure be a great gift to get an offer. I will get new flowers and toys for my sons grave and I will do something nice for my neighbor.
