VERY RARE Super Sailor Moon Headband with Speaker
No idea if sound works since I never put AA batteries in this vintage item. Original ponytails were tangled but I managed to comb the long pigtails out, and untangle them (see photos). From a smoke-free, no pets collection. Never played with, turned on, or used. Item was displayed only.
