The PSCL is designed to brace unsupported sheathing edges when sheathing meets edge to edge without a rafter for support. This light sheathing clip provides a 1/8 in gap to address shrinkage and expansion of roof sheathing. Inserted over the edges of adjacent plywood panels, the PSCL reduces deflection and keeps panels even to maintain a level plane on the structure.
Quick installation, no nails required
Provides the 1/8 in space between plywood panels as recommended by the American Plywood Association
Use the same size sheathing clip as the panel thickness
Galvanized (G90) for extra corrosion resistance
Provides a secure environment for sheathing
Support for shrinkage and expansion over time
Maximum spans may be reduced for low slopes or high uniform loads
