The great late 1970s funk and disco band T-Connection, led by brothers Theophilus Coakley on bass and Kirkwwod Coakley on drums, were originally from Nassau in the Bahamas and moved to Miami to sign with the legendary TK Records label. The band, which also included David Mackey on guitar, and Anthony Flowers on drums and percussion, were one of the most popular acts of the late 1970s disco scene, releasing a score of hit singles for various labels throughout the 1970s and 80s. In 1988 the band released the 12" single "Any Way You Want It" which became one of their most sought after releases. The original single boasted seven exclusive mixes, including instrumental and acappella versions, and is presented here newly remastered from the original master tapes and finally made available in the digital domain. .
