Translucent & Matte Ruby Red Glass Bead Necklace Art Deco 1920s
Attractive antique red glass bead necklace, from the Art Deco era. It features smooth, red translucent oval-shaped Bohemian Czech glass beads, in both polished and matte finish. This red color is frequently referred to as "ruby red” “Siam red” or "cranberry.” They are barrel beads with seed bead spacers. Strung on string. The necklace is secured with a brass-colored decorative screw-on barrel clasp that fastens by twisting two barrel-shaped ends together.
Necklace measure 23.75” in length with 12.2mm by 6.8mm beads. In excellent condition!
