One has a very cracked screen, lcd damage, and I'm pretty sure the Face ID does not work. The phone is currently stuck in a recovery mode loop, but with the right software the phone could possibly begin to work like before but it's probably best for parts.
The second phone exterior is completely fine, from my knowledge all cameras work, from very light scratches or dents but the software is dead. It boot-looped one day and never turned back on and Apple store couldn't do anything.
