This is an antique Victorian hand-blown green glass pitcher, possibly by Beaumont Glass.
It is characterized by its vibrant emerald . green color, ruffled rim, and applied handle. Applied. No chips or cracks
The pitcher features a "tubby optic" design (an internal vertical ribbing within the glass).
It is decorated with hand-painted enamel flowers and dots, typically in blue, white, and yellow.
Dating back to the late 19th century (circa 1895-1900), these were often sold as part of a lemonade set with matching tumblers. No chips or cracks. In great pre-owned condition
