Exquisite beadwork. If you are good with your hands, you can restore the straps by scooting some beads from a tassel. The color is an off white and the sequins are a translucent irridescent pink champaigne, beading is white.
The tag is missing but the lining feels like silk and I estimate this to be a snug 10 or loose 6.
