Everything works, there will be signs of play including scuffs and/or scratches, however, it's in good overall condition. Comes from a smoke-free home and has been wiped down. There still may be some minor dust in corners and crevices. No batteries included and it will come disassembled to help with shipping. The instruction booklet was lost, but is available on VTech's website.
